Placed order on 11/27 and was billed immediately to my credit card. Have not received any communication regarding order even after I have emailed their customer service department three time. In my last email I said if I don't hear back from you within in 24 hours please cancel my order and refund my credit card. Still haven't heard anything from them. What a way to run a business!! I will be calling my credit provider to dispute the charges.
